Terms & Conditions

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all gemstones created by Eternal Brilliance Moissanite.

Our Warranty covers the optical properties (fire, brilliance, lustre and clarity) of our gemstones.

Our Warranty guarantees our coloured Eternal Brilliance Moissanite stones are synthesised and grown in their original colour and not plated, and therefore our coloured gemstones will retain their appearance for a lifetime.

The Eternal Brilliance Moissanite Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Our Warranty does not cover damage to your Eternal Brilliance Moissanite as a result from abuse or misuse. Any cracks, chips, damages to your gemstone under these circumstances will not be covered.

Our Warranty does not cover loss or theft of your gemstone.

Eternal Brilliance Moissanite does not condone any post growth gemstone treatment as this can impact the durability, and optical properties of the stone. Any post growth treatment or gemstone tampering will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
